- Koukla Kids began during Toria's first pregnancy when she could not find quality, stylish clothes for her baby in Sacramento. After shopping the boutiques in San Francisco and Carmel-by-the-Sea she saw a need for a clothing store in Sacramento that offered specialty designers in a friendly environment. Nearly two years later, after her second child was born, Toria proposed the business idea to her sister-in-law, Kathryn, who was also searching for exceptional clothing during her pregnancy. The vision flourished into Koukla Kids!
